I ordered 6 McFarlene Stranger Things figures from ToyWiz that arrived damaged. The damaged was caused by very minimal packing materials in the box that allowed the figures to shake around during delivery. I contacted ToyWiz customer service who responded with a copy and paste of one of their store policies and claimed that the damage was minor shelf ware. Which is far from reality—the figures were clearly damaged during transit. After responding to that email, ToyWiz told me I could send the items back for replacements, but I would have to cover all shipping costs. After not agreeing to that compromise, ToyWiz said they would give me a full refund minus the shipping costs. I still said no and wrote that I wanted a full refund because this is a result of bad packing by a ToyWiz employee. This issue is still unresolved and ToyWiz has not responded to my most recent email. Avoid this company. Check out Entertainment Earth for a much better experience.
