ToyWiz.com – Do not do business with this company. Ever. Seriously, don’t.
Do not do business with this company. Their advertising practices are fraudulent at best. It’s pathetic that Wal-Mart even associates with this company. We attempted to order a Mosasaurus from Wal-Mart. Theirs was priced at 29.99 but out of stock. The first option underneath it was the Mosasaurus from ToyWhiz. Their price was a few dollars more than what was listed on Wal-Mart.
Upon receiving the toy I then realized what occurred. This toy is the “mini” Mosasaurus. And it is labeled as such once you click on it. This is predatory pricing in it’s purest form. ToyWhiz capitalizes on the fact that the price is similar as is the ad. Upon returning the item I am now subject to a 10% restocking fee as well as the return shipping.
For a 3 inch poorly made dinosaur figure from China. That cost me roughly $40.00.
