ToyWiz.com – Horrible experience
I am not one to post a review but I feel this is necessary. I ordered an item on 12/4/15 (thru Walmart but it was to come from Toywiz) and it was to be delivered by the 22nd according to the website. I spoke with 2 different representatives at the company a week and a half after the order was placed and was reassured that it was in process and was being ready for shipping. I talked to another person a few days later and found out that the item was OUT OF STOCK although the website showed 4 in stock. When I questioned the representative she put me on old and I noticed the 4 items were quickly removed from the website and I wasn’t going to get my order. She kept saying they items could be lost in the warehouse and they don’t want me waiting around until they find it. BEWARE if you order from this company. My credit card was not charged thankfully but this type of service is horrible.
