ToyWiz.com  – I feel like an idiot not googling this …

I feel like an idiot not googling this website before ordering through it. Like many other reviews all the product I “preordered” are still not here. It has been three months since the estimated time they had given me. My first out reach was met with a copy paste email basically saying they can’t do anything about it because the manufacturer has not sent them the product. All three items I have now purchased in physical stores that have them on their shelves. Even though I have the product I was looking for after reading the reviews I’m not going to cancel my “preorder” because it looks like I wouldn’t even get my money back. So now I just endure the rediculas wait, in hopes to atleast have a gift to give.I have contacted the manufacturer in hopes they no longer do business with this company cause it makes them look bad and puts a sour taste around a product that gives me and my family joy. The phone conversation with the manufacturer have been great and I hope they follow through. At the end of the day I understand somethings can happen but this is beyond silly. Please please do not do business here if you have any other option. Honestly the whole situation is quite saddening.P.s. The product can be ordered now on amazon prime and would be here in two days. LolCheers
