ToyWiz.com – I pre ordered a Steamboat Willie Mickey…
I pre ordered a Steamboat Willie Mickey funko pop figure. It took 2 months longer than expected. It finally showed up. All the packaging was perfect so the item was not damaged in transit. One of MIckey foot was broken off inside the box. I called and filed a claim 10 minutes after opening the box. I was told that someone would contact me back about return and refund. After 2 more weeks i had to call back for an update. Still no resolution and was told i would be contacted again. Its now been over a month and they will not answer my emails any longer. They are taking peoples money and sending out trash!!!!
