ToyWiz.com – I preordered monopoly stranger things…
I preordered monopoly stranger things edition that was supposed to ship this month (February). It’s almost March and I haven’t received anything nor have I been provided any updates. The thing that confuses me is when I emailed to ask when my item would ship, they gave me the old “preorder” template I’m sure they send to everyone who asks about their items, that they have no control over when the distributor wil ship to them, but yet they say on the product page that they only have “3 units available”. What does that even mean? How are you going to say you don’t have the units in stock but on the product page say you have 3 units left for preorder. It’s frustrating to see this item in stores already and still waiting on mine from this store. They say they don’t charge for preorder but they charged me. I’m usually pretty good at checking reviews before I buy online but I just got so excited that I didn’t check, and now I’m regretting it because this site has horrible reviews. If they would just provide updates, even a courtesy email like hey sorry it’s taking so long, we’re expecting it around this time, I would be satisfied. But the customer service is atrocious. Learn from my mistake, don’t preorder anything from here.
