I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered an item for my daughter 2/12/19. The item never came today is 3/4/19 and I’ve asked for a refund and they refuse to give me a refund because the postal office has the item. Even though I do not have it and it’s not coming to my address because at some point the city for delivery was changed, yet the billing was correct, they won’t give me the money . I’m in the process of disputing with the bank as they will not get free money! What horrible customer service, they should contact the postal
Service since they are the distributors. Don’t buy anything from this company as my option is if you need assistance you won’t get it as I haven’t
