Over 9 months ago, I pre-ordered a statue that was advertised. It finally arrived after 6-7 months, and when it was shipped to me it was damaged. Someone in the packing dept twisted something the wrong way. I sent extensive photos to them.

Now ToyWiz is trying to blame UPS for the damage when anyone with common sense would understand it wasn’t them!

I still do not have my product, and the EXCUSE is “we’re waiting on UPS and their decision!”

WORD OF WARNING – if you get anything that’s damaged, cancel your credit card immediately because trying to hold out for what they owe you will make you very old!

They really SUCK at customer service. Pray it doesn’t happen to you or someone you know. There have to be better companies.
