ToyWiz.com  – Not a Honest Company

I pre-ordered an item that said it was a pre-order for December. When the end of December arrived and my package had still not shipped, I called ToyWiz’s customer service.
The very condescending lady on the phone stated that they had run out and that I was put on to the next pre-order wait for January. And that pre-order dates where not guaranteed. Which is not how pre-order works, and no where on their site do they alert you to the fact that pre-order dates may change (but not because the release date of the item has changed, but because they themselves run out of product)
They had of course already taken the money out of my account, but had failed to update me on the fact that I was no longer getting the item in December but instead was now getting it in January.
This company is extremely shady and dishonest.
Do not buy from this company.
