ToyWiz.com – Ordered a monster high play set and …
Ordered a monster high play set and dolls in late October. Dolls arrived shortly thereafter. It is now late December and still no playset. After numerous emails and contacts over the phone still no resolution. After about 6 weeks we asked for a refund but that hasn’t happened. This was ordered for our daughters 7th birthday….then it was maybe Christmas… now its a whenever gift I guess.
