I placed a pre-order, and the description said it would ship in January. It is June, and it still hasn’t shipped. They simply update the description, altering the estimate to the current month. Doing this for the greater part of a year is completely unacceptable.

Edit 1: I had already attempted to contact support prior to posting this review! Updating with response originally given by customer support.–

Dear Valued Customer,

Your pre-order item still has not been released to us yet.
Unfortunately, we are not provided exact dates for when items ship to us.
This is the most up to date information we have.

We do not have a system in place currently to update customers on product delays, so we ask that customers check the listing of the product for updates before contacting us for more information.
The listing will have the most current estimated arrival month- (Link to item omitted as trustpilot doesn’t allow it)

Please note that we have pushed back a lot of our pre-order dates due to issues we are having with our freight forwarder.
Once it ships you will receive an email with tracking.

If at any point before they arrive and ship you would no longer like to wait, we can certainly cancel your order.
We apologize for the lack of information and appreciate your patience in this matter.
