Poor communication and customer service sucks. Ordered a set of 4 action figures as a “pre-order”. Had to email them almost a month after the figures released and then they magically showed up. The shipping box was flawless and all 4 action figures were severely damaged. They barely had any protective padding in the box and I believe the figures were already damaged when they packaged them. Toywiz blamed UPS and did exchange the items although the process took over a month without any further communication during that month. The exchanged items got delivered but again were packaged poorly. The exchanged figures were damaged as well, although not as bad. If you are a collector, I would avoid any transactions from Toywiz that require them to ship your items.
