I ordered a toy in early April and never received it. It was marked as undeliverable maybe because I had put the zip code one digit off. It should have been sent back to the company. They had mailed it with tracking but not insured. So here I am two months later with no toy and unable to file a claim for a lost package. Last time I called the company they were rude. I paid by PayPal and they had the correct address. I would never order from Toy Whiz again. If they had paid 50 cents for insuring I could have gotten some reimbursement. Very poor company.
