I “preordered” 2 popular plush dolls in early November. The listing for these items stated “pre-order ships November”. I understood the date was not definitive put thought I’d given myself plenty of cushion to receive by Christmas. Week before Christmas and no package. By this time I’m seeing these plushes in local retail stores & at a fraction of the cost I paid thru I called ToyWiz costumer service to check on the status of my order. “The manufacturer pushed the release date back to January.” Yet both items are sitting on the racks at my local GameStop. I understand “fine print”, as the rep kindly pointed out to me, but I trust by 2016 most businesses work on the philosophy of “under promise, over deliver.” Research before you buy. If I had simply Googled this company prior to shopping this could have been avoided. January 16, 2017 and my order is still not filled.
