I ordered a slugterra gun for my son’s birthday. On his birthday two weeks later. He opened the present and to our surprise. The target that came with it was torn and poorly repaired with tape. I contacted customer service. They responded five days later to tell me it had been two weeks since my purchase and that there was nothing they would do. I would not recommend this website. They do not stand behind their products. There was no reason for that part of the toy to have been tape together. Unless it had been opened or was not original.
