I pre-ordered a product set to come out in September. Everyone now has said product in stock, including local retailers, online stores, and even ebay, however toywiz still hasn’t shipping my order. Upon emailing them directly I was notified that they ‘estimate’ they will come in November, no prior notification of this change or updates to the customer. The customer service rep in the email came off as really not caring at all and doesn’t seem to want to keep customers. Fine with me seeing the product I wanted is cheaper everywhere else now.
