ToyWiz.com – They are completely uncommunicative
They are completely uncommunicative. I pre-ordered 6 pops back in October… so 3 months ago. The items were listed to come back in stock and would ship in late November. Fast forward to near end of December… after receiving no updates, and 4 of the 6 were listed as in stock on their website.. I finally contacted customer service.
Bit of a rude response in the email, kind of just shifting blame on me for not continually checking their website to see if ship dates had gotten pushed back. I understand not getting the items by a certain date, but I didn’t feel it was too much to ask for them to just send out an email stating the change – not expect the customer to repeatedly check their site.
Then they stated (and I didn’t even ask, I just mentioned 4 of the items were in stock) if “I wanted them to ship the 4 in stock items they’d have to charge me an additional shipping fee”. Just felt unfriendly and weird.
So now nearing end of January… still no updates or items. Definitely would never purchase from them again.
