Worst company to deal with. ToyWiz sent items with damaged packaging. I contacted their customer support team immediately. The customer support team initially responded and after requesting a refund, they stopped responding. I sent them a follow up email asking for the refund again, and they never responded. Getting ghosted by a company, feels great!

Now they are trying to fight my credit card dispute.

You’ve been warned, this is a shady shady company that does not care about their customers or products they deliver.

The ToyWiz statement below is NOT TRUE.
1) 8/26/19 – I sent 3 pictures on asking for a refund
2) 2 days later they still hadn’t replied so 8/28/19 I sent a message asking for a reply
3) 8/29/19 still no reply, so I disputed the credit card charge

From ToyWiz website: “That’s why we offer our customers guaranteed satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it.”
I was not satisfied in the least, contacted them the day I received the damaged items, and they ghosted me. Now they are trying to act like they’ve responded each time. Show me proof b/c there is none. I can provide email exports showing no reply.

Of course the items will arrive damaged when you shove them into a box already bent — a box that is too small for the item.
