ToyWiz.com – Worst customer service EVER!!
Worst customer service EVER!!! They claim to have merchandise when in actuality they don’t have it. They are not honest with the customer. They show to have a ‘three’ piece bundle in stock and then sent me an email to tell me that one of the pieces is OUT OF STOCK! And now it is my responsibility to say if I want to be refunded or to pick something else of the same price?! WHAT?! So now I have to figure out how much that item costs and pick something else for that amount and let them know through email or call. Who does this? So now that I finally called—they say transaction was canceled because they could not get a hold of me. Small companies like ToyWiz that does not make the customer feel helped and important will not thrive for long. I mean how big is your company that you can’t call the customer EVERYDAY to resolve the situation that your company has made into a nightmare! All I wanted was to get these items for my four and two year old boys. Now I am back to square one. Luckily I do business with other small novelty Nightmare Before Christmas stores and have had No problems with.
