This company is becoming notorious for launching a product, receiving the money and then disappearing for a long time. They will provide a ship date and when that date completely passes with no update, naturally you head to the facebook (their recommendation) to seek help. HOWEVER, if they notice anyone at anytime, posting any issues they are having with receiving items, the post gets deleted and still no updates are given. emails seem to go ignored too based on others feedback. I’ve received some items and not received others. Their logistics are seemingly all over the place and orders are not being full-filled. Complain, and get deleted; that’s their solution.
