xtool.com – Unprofessional amateur business dealings via emails
We are a manufacturing and trading company and we wanted to spend thousands of EUR with this company, the first purchase was supposed to be for about EUR 1600. With our first purchase, we wanted to try the products of this company.
That’s why we sent an email to this company with questions about the fact that we are VAT payers, i.e. if and how the price will look (whether it will be without VAT) and where they will ship the products from.
The unprofessionally written email reply came without a signature and with no answers to our questions. They wrote to us, that VAT they would deal with it after payment. (!)
The subsequent response was that he did not know where they would send the goods from, that they would work on signing the email, and that we should send the VAT number. But we sent our VAT number in the first email.
It’s a wonder that a company like this doesn’t have a sales department and customer support that knows what to do when a company wants to spend money with them.
Anyway, they lost a customer because we won’t waste our time with a company like that.
